Initial Services Performed: Semi-Annual Kitchen System Inspection Deficiencies Discovered: (Main Hood) The appliances have shifted and the nozzle drops need to be re-piped to properly protect the fryers, salamander, & range. The 12.0 gallon system tanks are manifolded without in-line bursting discs. Each set of (2) 3.0 gallon tanks will need and in-line bursting disc installed and a double tank cartridge installed for each set. The detection line is heavily coated with grease and failed to operate from the terminal link. The (8) aluminum scissors need to be replaced with stainless steel scissors. (6) clogged nozzles. (Back Hood) (2) aluminum scissors need to be replaced with stainless steel scissors. Scope of Work Proposed: (Main Hood) Install and in-line busting disc for each set of (2) 3.0 gallon tanks ans install a double tank cartridge.
